Senior Care Lead: Inspire the Team & Clinical Support

Barchester Care Homes is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants and collaborate with the Deputy General Manager to deliver exceptional, person-centred care for residents in a welcoming home environment.

You will support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, while upholding residents’ dignity and individual needs. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available to progress within the organisation.
