Responsibilities

• Manage complex contracts for developers, energy/utility clients, funders and public bodies
• Support tenders and business development activities
• Supervise associates, trainees and paralegals with partner guidance as needed

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE in non-contentious construction or projects
• Good knowledge of standard industry forms
• Some supervisory experience
• Energy or infrastructure experience is helpful but not essential
