Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager

Agincare is seeking a Dual Registered Manager for its not-for-profit Children’s Services in Salisbury. You will lead and support a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, acting as a corporate parent to children with LD disabilities and complex needs.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will set up and develop this new service, focusing on safeguarding, quality standards, and a positive, inclusive environment
