Our client is currently recruiting for an additional Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate Team in Edinburgh. The team handles a range of corporate finance matters, with a strong emphasis on investment funds.
The work will be technically interesting, and core tasks will include:
- Consulting clients on the setup of investment funds, capital raising strategies, and transactions related to investment funds and financial markets.
- Collaborating with the investment funds team and liaising with specialists from the tax department.
- Preparing legal research and documents for client guidance and potential publication.
- Supporting clients in achieving their overarching business goals.
