Duty Manager – Lead Shifts, Drive Guest Experience

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel operations on shift, across reception, housekeeping and restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay.

You’ll coach team members, resolve guest queries, and support the Hotel Manager and leadership team to keep the hotel running smoothly, including evenings and weekends. This is a hands-on leadership role with guaranteed hours on a fixed-term contract.
