About the role
Reperio is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy recruiting across Ireland and the US tech market. Our Belfast team is growing, and we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who want to move into recruitment.
This is a sales role at its core. You’ll own a niche tech market and run the full cycle:
- Win new clients through outbound calls, LinkedIn and networking
- Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers
- Source and engage candidates in your market
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Grow your accounts into repeat business
Training and support
An 8 to 10 week training programme with a dedicated trainer, followed by ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.
Earnings
- Uncapped commission paid monthly
- Consultants earn £1,000 to £15,000+ per month in commission, with a record month of £27,000
- Extra bonus opportunities in your first 6 months

What we’re looking for
- 1+ years in B2B sales, business development, account management or a similar target-driven role
- A record of meeting & exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience and a competitive, results-focused attitude
