HR People Manager – 12-Month Maternity Cover (Hybrid)

Confidential is recruiting a People Manager on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover to support offices in Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Birmingham. This hands-on, operational HR role combines employee relations, coaching, and project work across multiple sites.

You will deliver pragmatic HR support, advise managers, mentor a junior colleague, and drive improvements in people processes. Travel between regional offices is required and travel expenses are reimbursed; hybrid working is offered
