HVAC Operations Manager / Project Delivery Manager

Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a passion for project delivery, team leadership, and driving operational excellence?
At Nexos, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded HVAC Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring client expectations are exceeded while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing business, working with industry-leading clients, managing talented teams, and driving continuous improvement across our HVAC operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a senior leader within the HVAC team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of HVAC projects from concept through to completion
- Managing technical and commercial estimating activities
- Overseeing engineering, project execution, and third-party service providers
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Driving performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the business unit
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to tenders and proposals
- Leading project reviews, production meetings, and progress updates
- Developing, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Proven experience in a senior HVAC management, operations, or project delivery role
- Strong experience estimating and managing HVAC work scopes
- Good knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and compliance requirements
- A track record of successfully delivering projects and achieving commercial objectives
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
