Currently recruiting for a vastly growing FMCG Food Manufacturing business.

The Role

• As Commercial Manager, you will be a passionate hunter, looking for new business within Foodservice End User Group accounts, whilst managing a portfolio of existing customers including End User Groups and Wholesalers.
• 70% New Business / 30% Account Management.
• To ensure a full push & pull model is created, you will adopt a consultative approach to uncover the unique needs and challenges of with channel specific End User Key Group accounts, delivering tailored solutions that reinforce the company’s standing as a trusted partner.
• Your innovative mindset and ability to think beyond conventional methods will be instrumental in shaping customer-focused strategies.

The Candidate

• A demonstrated ability to think strategically and explore unconventional ideas to achieve customer success and growth.
• Minimum 3 years working with Foodservice End User Group accounts – 5 sites plus.
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing customer needs, utilizing conversations to provide tailored solutions.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with an aptitude for building trust and relationships at all organizational levels.
• Experience in collaborating with diverse internal teams, including marketing, NPD, and operations, to craft and deliver innovative, customer-centric proposals.
• A creative thinker who sees opportunities where others see challenges and has a knack for problem-solving in unique, impactful ways.
• A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• A commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, with resilience, tenacity, and follow-through.
• Based in the South of England – most ideal location would along the M4 Corridor.
