Food Director / Head of Food, Sites Nationwide

A growing, multi-site hospitality group with venues across the UK is looking to appoint its next food leader, someone who can shape the F&B proposition across the estate and take it to the next level.

This could suit a:

Head of Food | Food Director | Director of Food & Beverage | Group Executive Chef or the like

You’ll have already operated at scale, ideally within pubs, hotels or restaurants, and know how to build a food offer that’s commercially strong and genuinely distinctive, not just consistent.

What matters most:

• Multi-site F&B strategy and menu development
• Modern British, seasonal cooking
• Commercial performance across a portfolio
• Stakeholder and team leadership at Head of / Director level
• Comfortable with national travel
• Must already be located in the UK with Full UK work rights

Salary: Circa £100,000
