Student IT Helpdesk – First‑Line Tech Support (Temp)

The Open University is seeking a Student Computing & Distribution Helpdesk Advisor for a temporary role in Milton Keynes. You will handle IT and course-material enquiries across phone, email, and webchat, ensuring prompt, courteous responses and resolution.

You’ll collaborate with university staff, partners, and suppliers to deliver timely support and learning materials, including troubleshooting, account access, and system guidance.
