Head Chef – High-Volume Branded Kitchen, Brighton

Wahaca is seeking a Head Chef for its high-volume Brighton restaurant. You will lead a brigade of 18-22 chefs, run busy services for 200-400 covers, and drive stock control, ordering and inventory to budget while keeping fresh, made-from-scratch dishes to brand standards.

You will work alongside an Executive Chef and Area Chef, with strong support from the group as it grows, plus a generous package and benefits including dining discounts and a free meal each shift.
