Senior Care Assistant — Compassionate Leader in Elder Care

Avery Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant for Darwin Court Care Home in Lichfield. You will work with the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, supportive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

We look for an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar setting. Strong communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility are essential to succeed in this role.
