Finance UX Writer – Hybrid, 12-Month Secondment

John Lewis in London is seeking a UX Writer to shape customer-centred copy for the John Lewis Money website and other touchpoints. You will collaborate with researchers, product designers, product managers, marketers, commercial teams and engineers to translate complex briefs into clear, accessible experiences that meet regulatory standards.

Working in the Finance team, the role is 12-month secondment with hybrid working (office in Pimlico, approx 2–3 days per week in the office).
