Talent Acquisition Advisor — End-to-End Recruitment

Butlin’s is seeking a Recruitment Advisor for our Skegness resort. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for both volume and specialist roles, sourcing proactively and managing the candidate experience from advert to day one.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, run group and one-to-one interviews, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR. You will maintain ATS records, support diversity data reporting, and help improve hiring processes across the People team.
