Project your career in Pensions Projects Management within a leading Consultancy

Ready to lead high-stakes pensions data projects for a market-leading consultancy?

If you are a commercially driven Client Manager with deep DB pensions expertise and a track record of delivering complex projects like GMP equalisation and insurer transactions, we want to hear from you.

As a Pensions Data Client Manager, you will own the client-facing delivery for a high-profile portfolio of ‘Data Journey’ clients. You will be the driving force ensuring intricate data projects meet strict regulatory standards while exceeding client expectations.

What you will do

  • Own the Journey: Take full accountability for client-facing delivery, overseeing project progress from kick-off to completion.
  • Rally the Team: Coordinate cross-functional team inputs to ensure every milestone is met accurately and on time.
  • Drive Growth: Maintain exceptional service standards while actively contributing to client retention and new business development.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Use your analytical mindset to navigate intricate pensions data and deliver seamless solutions.

What we are looking for

  • Pensions Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of UK Defined Benefit (DB) schemes and data rectification.
  • Consultative Flair: Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders (at all levels) effortlessly.
  • Ambition: Ideally, you are studying towards (or interested in pursuing) your PMI qualification—though we also welcome seasoned market experts with equivalent experience.

Why apply?

This is your chance to step into a high-visibility role where your commercial acumen and technical mastery will directly shape the future of our clients’ data strategies.
