Assistant Team Manager, Fostering Services (Hybrid)

Wiltshire Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Fostering Southwest team as an Assistant Team Manager. You will lead and support a team of Fostering Hub Recruitment Support Workers, guiding complex assessments and safeguarding while focusing on timely progression of fostering enquiries and home-finding for children.

The role is part-time (22.2 hours per week) under a fixed-term contract ending March 2027, with a hybrid working pattern.
