Residential Property Solicitor/ Experienced Conveyancer * 1 year+ PQE

The opportunity

We are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (with at least 1 year’s PQE) or experienced Conveyancer to join our Sevenoaks office. This role offers varied work, direct client contact and the support to build your technical expertise, commercial confidence and local profile.

What you’ll do

• Manage residential sales and purchases from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Guide clients clearly through each stage and anticipate potential issues.
• Work collaboratively with agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and client care.
• Build relationships with clients and referrers and contribute positively to the wider team.

About you

• Either a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE in residential property or an experienced conveyancer.
• Experience managing residential conveyancing transactions.
• Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold work, lender requirements and compliance obligations.
• Organised and accurate, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Approachable, responsive and committed to excellent client service.
• Motivated to develop professionally and build local relationships.
