Live Residential Refurbishment Site Manager

Thomas Gray is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a substantial refurbishment programme across residential properties in Harlow, Essex. The role requires coordinating multi-trade works in live, occupied environments and delivering safely to time and quality.

You will manage internal and external packages, supervise subcontractors, track progress to milestones and liaise with residents and stakeholders. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and FRA awareness are essential.
