We’re recruiting a Site Operations Managers at Krispy Kreme Rochdale.

Taking ownership of a manufacturing and distribution site, you’ll:
- Coach and develop your management team.
- Champion safety, food safety and quality.
- Deliver production and dispatch plans.
- Improve productivity, reduce waste and manage costs.
- Build a culture where people feel included, recognised and accountable.
You’ll bring strong leadership experience from manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a related environment, alongside a track record of developing people and improving operational performance.
