CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Asset Manager, Real Estate Finance in London to own monitoring, servicing and accounting of a cross-border loan portfolio. You will work with lenders, borrowers and internal stakeholders to drive portfolio performance across the UK and Europe.
You will apply credit underwriting, loan operations and regulatory knowledge to manage drawdowns, covenant monitoring and MIS reporting while supporting junior team members and contributing to new business initiatives.
