Lead Cost Manager – Real Estate & Data Centre Projects

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager in the United Kingdom to support real estate, infrastructure and data centre projects. The role covers feasibility, cost planning, tendering, post-contract cost reporting and value engineering across new build and fit-out works.

You will work with clients and consultants, lead a cost management team, and identify opportunities to improve processes and profitability.
