Design Operations Lead — AI-Driven Product

Legora is building the category-defining AI product for legal work, with design teams expanding in Stockholm, London and New York. As Design Operations Manager, you will structure the org, set operating rhythms and lead cross-functional initiatives that let designers focus on product and craft.

You will own the systems and processes that keep work moving, report to Head of Design, and drive sequencing, onboarding, and governance across teams in a hands-on senior role.
