Hybrid HR Advisory Manager, People & ER Lead

Cape Consulting (HR) Ltd is seeking a HR Advisor to support the day-to-day operation of the HR Advisory team. You will report to the Head of HR Operations and help allocate casework, provide coaching, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

You will work hybrid from Leicester (with option for Sheffield) and contribute to reporting on case volumes, trends, and team performance, focusing on collaborative, customer-focused service delivery.
