Plant Manager, 24/7 CHP Operations

Equans Embedded Energy is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the safe, reliable operation of the Fellside CHP plant in the UK. You will lead the site management team, ensure SHE compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to deliver secure energy outputs.

You will develop and deliver the plant’s annual operating plan and budget, drive KPIs, and provide out-of-hours support as needed.
