Head Chef – High-Volume Australian Kitchen Leader

Daisy Green Collection is recruiting an amazing Head Chef with experience in high-volume operations to lead our busy London kitchens. We create relaxed Australian-inspired cafes and restaurants across Zone 1, Central London and Richmond, with a focus on fresh in-house cooking and bold flavours.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage P&L, stock, training and a team under pressure, delivering beautiful plates quickly.
