Senior Quantity Surveyor – Street Lighting Lead (London)

VolkerHighways in Wimbledon is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial functions on the Kingston & Sutton Street Lighting contract. The role sits within the street lighting team, supporting a long-term £20m contract running to 2031 with over 26,000 assets modernisation and LED conversion programmes.

You will manage cost reporting, forecasts, cashflow and subcontractor payments, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring governance compliance across the project.
