Territory Growth & Retail Partnerships Manager

Castelan is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to cover North West England, North Wales and parts of Yorkshire with Midlands support. You will build and grow retailer partnerships, train partner teams and drive revenue in a field-based role with substantial travel.

Ideal candidates will have proven business development or field sales experience, strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyse performance data to guide strategic plans.
