Children’s Home Manager (EBD) – Remote Day & Growth

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager for a 3-Bed EBD home in Swadlincote. The role offers a competitive salary of £45,000–£55,000 per year (dependent on experience) plus a bonus scheme and an enhanced birthday leave benefit.

You will lead a skilled team, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and drive service development with ongoing training and support. A driving licence is preferred and a work-from-home day is available weekly.
