Process Analyst / Process Mapping Consultant – Contract – Start date ASAP

Rate: Inside IR35

Location: Central London

We’re looking for a Process Analyst to support a business transformation initiative. You’ll document end-to-end processes across areas such as operations, finance and actuarial, helping the team build a clear picture of current ways of working.

This is a hands‑on process‑mapping role, suited to someone who enjoys gathering information from stakeholders and turning it into clear, accurate process maps.

Responsibilities

• Map and document end-to-end business processes.
• Work with stakeholders across operations, finance and actuarial.
• Create clear process documentation using Microsoft Visio.
• Support discovery work by helping the team understand the processes and their complexity.

About you

• Around five years’ experience in process analysis, process mapping or a related junior Business Analyst role.
• Experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector.
• Confident using Visio for process mapping.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable working with business stakeholders.

Engagement details

• Initial 3–6 month contract, with scope delivered on a time‑and‑materials basis.
• A hybrid arrangement with a couple of days in the office is typical.
