Shireland Biomedical UTC is seeking an Assistant Principal to join the senior leadership team and shape the Personal Development offer, strengthening belonging and student confidence. You will lead strategic Personal Development across KS3-KS5, linking careers, enrichment and wider development with the academy’s vision.

The role requires middle/senior leadership experience, strong teaching across KS4-KS5, and a commitment to raising standards.
