Senior Care Lead | Mentor a Caring Team & Person‑Centred Care

BCG is seeking a Senior Carer to provide person-centred care to residents, attending to physical, psychological and social needs. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants and work with the Nurse on duty to maintain high standards of care.

You will need SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with experience in dementia care planning being desirable. PVG checks and right to work in the UK are required; sponsorship is not offered.
