As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team.
As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in representing our luxury brand, delivering a consistently high standard of service and ensuring every customer enjoys a positive experience with Ashbee and Stone.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner and a calm, positive approach. You will be comfortable responding to customer enquiries, offering product advice and helping customers select the right products for their bathroom projects.You will also need to be a confident problem-solver, capable of handling technical and installation queries, troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions while maintaining a professional and reassuring approach.With much of our customer communication taking place via email, excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential. You will be able to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, ensuring customers receive helpful and timely responses.As a busy and growing business, our office is a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
