Senior Controls Engineer – BESS Services Leader

Fluence is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer – Services to lead controls-related activities across Battery Energy Storage System projects during operations. You will manage software/firmware lifecycle, grid code compliance, RCA, and continuous improvement to maximize reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating with Field Service Engineers and cross-functional teams, enforcing change control, and supporting LTSA execution.
