Responsibilities

• Lead the Employment Law Department and set strategic direction
• Manage contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and business development
• Contribute to building a high-performing, top-quality team
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lawyers and staff
• Represent the department in firm-wide initiatives and client pitches

Key requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in employment law (contentious and non-contentious)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a legal team
