Planner

Overview

In this Central London Planner role, you will support delivery on a range of schemes led by a well-known main contractor. You’ll contribute to planning for projects up to £10m across commercial, high-end residential, and education sectors, including new build and refurbishment work. You will work with cross-functional teams to keep schedules realistic and aligned with project milestones. This is a growth-focused opportunity within a respected contractor with a strong pipeline. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple schemes
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to align plans with milestones
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and update plans to mitigate risk
• Prepare and review baseline and interim programmes for refurbishment and new build projects
• Support tendering and project delivery with timeline-focused insights
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals

Key requirements

• 3 years’ experience as a planner
• degree-qualified or similar construction degree
• strong track record as a planner
• refurbishment experience
• new build experience
