Senior Cost Manager: Public Sector & Local Government

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Central and Local Government Cost Management Team, supporting projects across the public sector. You will lead commercial delivery, manage budgets, and work with clients and contractor teams to deliver value.

The role requires at least five years’ experience in construction or infrastructure, expertise in JCT/NEC contracts, cost planning, and a collaborative approach. MRICS or similar qualification is preferred.
