We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Design Engineer who can take complex product challenges from initial concept and interaction design through to beautifully executed, production-ready code.

The key skills we’re looking for:
- Frontend engineering: Strong TypeScript, Vue 3, Tailwind CSS and modern frontend development.
- Product design: Exceptional UI/UX judgement, Figma expertise and an outstanding eye for typography, layout and interaction.
- Design systems: Experience building scalable component libraries and maintaining consistency between design and production code.
- AI-native interfaces: The ability to design intuitive experiences around AI agents, human collaboration, approvals and complex workflows.
- End-to-end ownership: Rapid prototyping, sophisticated interactions and the ability to ship polished, production-grade products independently.
