Supporter Escalations Specialist – Experience & Resolution

Manchester United is seeking a Supporter Escalations Executive to own the supporter journey during ticket misuse investigations, sanctions and appeals. You will be the primary contact from initial outreach through resolution, working with Ticketing, Supporter Services, Security, Legal and Compliance to ensure accurate, empathetic updates.

You will balance supporter advocacy with policy application, handle sensitive conversations, and help develop templates and FAQs.
