Roaming Head Chef: Lead Kitchens Across Sites

Chestnut Group is seeking an experienced Roaming Head Chef to lead and stabilise kitchens across our pubs with rooms and hotels in the East of England. You’ll move between sites, quickly taking charge, implementing basics, and creating a settled brigade ready for the next assignment.

You’ll be responsible for keeping GP under control, maintaining high food safety standards, and handing over cleanly to the eventual permanent Head Chef while coordinating with Operations and Kitchen Operations
