Village Hotel is seeking a Head Chef & Kitchen Manager to own the kitchen in a high-volume, all-day dining environment in Maidstone. You will recruit, mentor and inspire your brigade while actively driving the commercial strategy and protecting the bottom line.

Responsibilities include delivering precise, quality dishes, leading from the front, reviewing costs, and upholding strict food-safety standards across the site.
