Purpose of the role
Love making numbers tell a story? We want to hear from you!
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and help shape the way we plan, forecast and make business decisions.
This is more than just crunching numbers and producing reports. You’ll play an important role in helping us understand business performance, spot opportunities, challenge assumptions and plan for the future. Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the business, you’ll turn complex financial data into meaningful insights that make a real difference.
What you’ll be getting involved in
You’ll take ownership of key budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, building integrated financial models across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. You’ll connect the dots between operational activity, candidate pipelines, client demand, workforce planning, revenue and profitability to help us understand what’s happening across the business and what might be coming next.
You’ll also lead monthly performance analysis, looking at everything from revenue and margins to operating costs, EBITDA and cash flow. You’ll identify trends, risks and opportunities, support pricing and commercial decisions, and provide the financial insight needed to help the business make smart, informed choices.
A big part of the role will be building relationships across the organisation. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and budget holders, bringing financial information to life, constructively challenging assumptions and helping teams take greater ownership of their numbers.
And we’re always looking for better ways of doing things! You’ll help develop reporting, dashboards and KPIs, improve data quality and find opportunities to automate processes and make our Finance function even more effective.
