Recruitment Consultant – Construction White Collar

Core Search is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over and grow an established White Collar Construction desk. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a revenue-generating desk with existing clients, active requirements, and full autonomy to shape its future.

As part of our growing team, you’ll be supported with introductions to key decision-makers across our client base while being given the freedom to develop relationships, win new business, and ultimately build a division beneath you.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience within White Collar Construction
• Experience recruiting roles such as Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and similar construction professionals
• A driven, ambitious mindset and desire to grow a successful desk
