Lettings Property Manager – Cambridge

Strutt & Parker in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our lettings team. You will manage a portfolio, ensure compliance with lettings legislation and handle day-to-day administration and tenant/landlord communications.

Key duties include drafting tenancy documents, renewals, notices, and coordinating inspections, inventories, and deposits. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and you may work on Saturdays (1 in 4).
