Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Operations Manager to join our Senior Management Team and play a pivotal role in the future success of our business.
With responsibility for our Timber, PVCu and Aluminium manufacturing operations, this is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader to take ownership of a well-established operation while driving performance, efficiency and continuous improvement across the business.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of our manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
You will lead by example, developing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence while identifying opportunities to improve productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across our Timber, PVCu and Aluminium manufacturing facilities.
- Drive operational performance and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and safely.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise productivity and reduce waste.
- Develop, monitor and report on key operational KPIs.
- Manage production planning, workforce resources and operational budgets.
- Maintain and develop factory control procedures, including ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Lead and support the After-Sales Team to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Build, develop and retain high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality and company policies.
- Work closely with senior management on business planning, strategic projects and future growth initiatives.
About You

Essential Experience
- Previous senior management experience within manufacturing, construction products, windows, doors or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, factory management and operational leadership.
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
