IBA Manager – Lead Finance Team, Hybrid Working

Howden Milton Keynes is seeking an IBA Manager to oversee a Finance Technician team handling retail insurance accounting. You will lead across sites, drive process improvements, ensure accurate cash matching, and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and business units.

The role requires leadership, proven accounting experience, and knowledge of IBA protocols. GCSEs with English and Maths, and an AAT or equivalent qualification are desirable.
