Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Motherwell to recruit a Customer Service / Housing Advisor on a temporary basis.

n

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business.

n

Duties:

n

n

n
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, partners and stakeholders

n

• Handle enquiries by phone, email, digital channels and in person

n

• Work closely with the Customer Contact Centre

n

• Support new tenants early in their tenancy

n

• Liaise with departments, contractors and partners

n

• Assist in the delivery of excellent repairs service

n

• Engage with contractors and customers including tenant and homeowners

n

• Problem solve complex repair cases

n

• Invest and respond to customer complaints

n

• Entering and maintaining orders

n

• Handling all customer queries

n

• General admin duties

n

n
