Job Description:
Subway Group is seeking a Field Development Manager – Site Acquisition & Franchise Growth to drive growth across the UK & Ireland. You will lead site sourcing, landlord negotiations, and franchise recruitment while coordinating with franchisees and partners to open new restaurants.
Travelling frequently to meet MUOs and landlords, you will own the site pipeline, assess locations, and support onboarding from planning to opening. A UK driver’s license is required.
