Your new role
n As part of its continued expansion, the property litigation team is looking to appoint a number of property litigation lawyers to handle residential based real estate litigation. You will be involved in top quality work that will include repossessions, service charge disputes, forfeiture, Right to Manage claims and enfranchisement matters. You will also advise on restrictive covenants, adverse possession and rights of way litigation. Working across the Manchester team as well as with colleagues nationally, you can look forward to excellent career development and progression. The client list is first rate and includes a number of high profile entities.
What you'll need to succeed
n You should be a property litigation lawyer at NQ level through to and including Legal Director level. With well rounded technical skills, you should be a good communicator who can build long-lasting relationships with clients.
