G’s Group is seeking a Night Shift Engineering Team Leader to guide a team of engineers through the night shift, driving reliability, safety and continuous improvement on the production line.
The role involves hands-on maintenance, coordinating breakdown responses and contributing to performance targets in a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment. 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 6pm to 6am, with opportunity for development and impact across the site.
